ㅇ 「주택법 시행령」 제51조제2항에 따라 회장이 입주자대표회의를 개최할 때에는 관리규약이 정하는 바에 따라 소집(통지된 회의일시 및 장소에 참석)하는 것이므로 서면의결을 할 수 없습니다. 이 경우 동별 대표자에게 참석수당을 지급하는 것은 바람직하지 않다고 봅니다. 끝.
