14. 회계감사
1) 회계감사의 실시여부
관리 주체는 공인회계사등에 의한 감사실시여부를 사전에 입주자대표회의와 협의 하여 결정한다.
2) 관리 주체는 공인회계사 등에 감사를 받은 경우 그 결과를 입주자대표회의에 보고 하고 감사보고서를 비치하여 입주자
또는 이해관계인이 열람할 수 있도록 해야 한다.
