증빙서는 거래발생을 정확하게 증명하는 서류로서 전표의 작성 및 장부기장의 기초가 되는 원시 기록이다.

1) 작성방법
공공요금, 제세공과금, 정례적·정기적 비용은 지출결의서를 생략할 수 있다.
