관리비 통장으로 관리비에 포함되어 들어오겠죠

주차충당금 관리통장 0000 / 관리비통장 0000 이렇게 관리비통장에서 인출하여 주차충당금 별도 통장으로 관리하고 있습니다.
이제부터 주차충당금을 관리외 수익으로 잡고자 하는데 계정처리를 어떻게 하면 되는지요.
예) 주차충당금전입액(관리외비용) / 주차충당금(관리외수익)
이렇게 말일에 계정처리하여 관리비 통장으로 받으면 되는지요
