당해 아파트 가구 내 설치된 소방감지기를 교체해야 하는데 이를 전용부분으로 봐
각 가구에서 교체 비용을 부담해야 하는지, 공용부분으로 봐 관리사무소에서 비용을
부담해야 하는지
회 신 화재감지기는 주택법 시행규칙 별표 5 제3호 라목에서 정한 장기수선계획 수
립 기준에 포함되는 소화설비이며 입주민을 화재로부터 보호하기 위한 정책적
측면에서 볼 때 가구 내에 있는 화재감지기도 관리사무실에서 유지관리하는
것이 타당할 것으로 판단됩니다.
