2010년 6월 22일 임대주택에 대한 주택관리사 의무배치규정(주택법 부칙 제9868호, 2008. 3. 21)에 의거 군인임대아파트, 사원임대아파트에도 주택관리사(보)를 배치하여야 하는 지?

군인아파트 및 사원아파트 중 주택법 제16조에 따라 사업계획승인을 받아 건설한 공동주택은 2010년 6월 22일 부터는 법률 제8968호(2008.3.21) 주택법 일부개정법률 부칙 제2항에 따라 같은 법 제55조제1항 및 같은 법 시행령 제72조에 따라 500세대 이상의 공동주택에는 주택관리사를, 500세대 미만의 공동주택에는 주택관리사 또는 주택관리사보를 해당 공동주택의 관리사무소장으로 배치하여야 하는 것임을 알려 드립니다.
