ㅇ 2009.11.5.부터 사용검사받은 공동주택에 대하여 적용하는 하자보수보증금 산정기준은 대지조성과 함께 공동주택을 건설하는 경우에는 총사업비에서 대지의 조성전 가격(대지조성을 하지 아니하는 경우에는 대지가격을 말함)과 간접비(설계비, 감리비, 분담금, 부담금, 보상비 및 일반분양시설경비)를 공제한 금액의 3% 이며
ㅇ 일반분양시설경비라 함은 주택법 제38조의3에 따른 견본주택의 시공비, 운영비 및 광고홍보비(기업광고비 등은 제외)를 말하며,
- 간선시설 설치비, 일반분양비 및 기타 사업비성 경비는 공제대상이 아닙니다. 끝
