ㅇ 주택법 시행령 제58조제1항제8호 및 같은 영 별표 제8호에 따라 주택법 제47조제2항에 따른 장기수선계획에서 제외되는 공동주택의 공용부분의 수선ㆍ보수에 소요되는 비용으로 보수용역 시에는 용역금액, 직영 시에는 자재 및 인건비는 입주자 및 사용자가 납부하는 관리비 중에서 “수선유지비로 지출”하는 것임을 알려 드립니다. 끝.
