ㅇ 공동주택 부대시설 및 입주자 공유인 복리시설의 파손 및 철거(가스탱크 등)가 수반되는 난방 및 취사용 연료를 LPG에서 LNG로 변경하는 가스시설의 전환공사를 실시할 때에는 주택법시행령 [별표3] 제3호에 따라 전체 입주자(전체 세대수를 말하며, 사용자를 제외합니다) 3분의 2 이상의 동의를 얻어 시장, 군수 또는 구청장으로부터 행위허가를 얻어야 합니다. 끝.
