ㅇ 사업주체 또는 관리주체(공동주택 관리사무소 포함)가 시장, 군수 또는 구청장에게 주택법 제86조제3항 및 같은 법 시행령 제116조제4항제4호에 따라 주택관리업자 등록현황에 관한 자료 제공을 요청한 경우 시장, 군수 또는 구청장은 같은 법 시행령 제68조제1항 관련 [별표8] 등록기준에 따라 주택관리업자가 등록한 자본금, 기술인력, 주택관리사(보) 및 장비의 현황을 제공하여야 하는 것임을 알려 드립니다. 끝.
