| 사연 | 저는 아파트관리소에서 일근으로 근무합니다, 밑에있는 기사들은 24시간 격일제로 근무하고요. 하루휴게시간은 점심1시간,저녁1시간 야간자정부터 04시까지 4시간휴게시간이고,감시적근로입니다 근데 기사1명이 갑자기 퇴직을해서 제가 7번(15일) 24시간 격일근 무를 서게 되였음. 하루는 24시간근무(09시~09)다음날 24시간휴무이구여 이때 제가 시간외수당및 야간수당계산을 어떻게적용받는지요 글구 휴일날24시간 근무를 서면 계산방식이 어떻게되는지 궁금합니다. 원래 주5일근무라 토,일요일은 쉬는데 24시간 맞교대에 들어가다보 니 주말에도 근무를 하였거든요... | ||||||
