| 사연 | 2003년 3월15일 입사 이며 2005년 귀속까지는 수당지급을 받았으나2006년 귀속부터는 수당 지급을 회사에서 미루고 있습니다 2009년 6월19일부터 출산 휴가를 3개월 받았으며 2009년 11월1일 부터는 육아휴직 중입니다 문의 사항은 1)2006/2007/2008/2009 년 각년도의 연차 일수? 2)급여항목에 연장수당을 고정으로 지급받고 있으며 이수당이 연차수당 정산시에 포함이 되는지? 3)2006년분은 3년이 경과되어 청구할수있는 방법이 없는지(회사의 고의 미지급)? 이상입니다 | ||||||
