ㅇ 주택법시행령 제57조제2항에 따라 관리규약의 변경(개정)은 입주자대표회의에서 제안(제안서에는 개정안의 취지, 내용, 제안유효기간 및 제안자 등을 포함)하거나 입주자 및 사용자의 10분의 1 이상이 제안하고, 그 제안된 개정안을 입주자 및 사용자의 과반수가 서면동의 하여 결정하는 것이므로
- 비상대책위원회에서 제안하는 관리규약의 개정안은 효력이 없습니다. 끝.
