| 사연 | 10인 이상 주40시간 근로의 사업장으로 회사연차 산출은 회계단위 분류에 따라 1월~12월 기준입니다. 아래 퇴직근로자의 연차수당을 지급하고자 하는데 수당 지급 연차일수와 산출근거등등을 질의합니다. 퇴직자의 입사일은 1982. 7. 1 퇴사일은 2010. 6. 30 근속기간 28년 2009년 발생 연차 휴가는 2010년 현재 전부 사용하지 않았으며 전부 수당으로 지급합니다. 최초 1982. 7. 1~ 1982. 12.1까지의 연차 또한 보상되지 않았습니다. 질의1. 퇴직시 발생 연차 총일수 2. 2009년 발생 연차휴가를 수당으로 지급하지 않아도 되는지 3. 1982. 7. 1~1982. 12. 31 발생한 연차 지급/미지급 여부 | ||||||
