저희아파트는 분양한지 15년 정도 지난 아파트입니다.
관리규약상(선수관리비는 매도자와매수자간에 승계하는 걸로 규약에 정해져 있읍니다.)
얼마전 0씨가 44평형을 팔고 60평형으로 타아파트로 전출하였습니다.
근데 문제는 분양시 170,000원이란 선수관리비를 내고 들어 왔으니까 170,000원에 대한 선수관리비이자를 계산해서 돌려줄것을 요구하며 주지않으며 소액재판도 불사(?)한다고 얼름장을 놓고 갔습니다.
타아파트는 이런경우에 어떻게 처리를 하는 지 선배님들의 많은 자문을 부탁드립니다.
