ㅇ 동별 대표자가 주택법규(법, 령, 규칙, 지침) 및 관리규약을 위반하면 해임할 수 있는지

ㅇ 동별 대표자가 주택법시행령 제50조제4항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 날부로 당연히 그 자격이 상실(해임)되는 것이며,
ㅇ 주택법규(법, 령, 규칙, 지침)를 위반한 경우에는 주택법시행령 제57조제1항제3호에 따라 해당 아파트 관리규약에서 정하는 해임사유에 해당하는 절차를 거쳐 해임할 수 있습니다.
- 그러나 해임사유가 없으면 해임할 수 없는 것임을 알려 드립니다. 끝.
