ㅇ 대통령령 제22254호(2010.7.6) 주택법시행령 일부개정령 제50조의2에 따른 선거관리위원회는 같은 영 시행 후 부칙 제7조제2항에 따라 해당 공동주택의 관리규약을 같은 영 제50조의2 및 제57조에 따라 개정(2010.11.5.)하기 전까지는 2010.7.6.전에 해당 공동주택의 관리규약에 따라 선출된 선거관리위원회를 한시적으로 대체하여 운영하는 것임을 알려 드립니다. 끝.
