□ ‘13.1.1부터 낙찰의 방법은 원칙적으로 적격심사제임(지침 제6조제2항), 따라서 ’13년 이후에도 현행과 같이 최저(최고)낙찰제로 입찰을 운용하고자 하는 경우에는, ‘13년 이전에 관리규약을 개정하여 최저(최고)낙찰제를 시행한다는 규정을 명시하여야 함
* ‘13년 이전까지는 현행제도로 운용되므로 별도 조치 필요없음
